Before You Contact Support

• Confirm your device is running iOS 17 or later.
• Check whether the issue happens after force quitting and reopening GarageKeeper.
• For import issues, include whether you used CSV, local PDF extraction, official manual lookup, Claude, or OpenAI.
• Do not email API keys, VINs, receipts, or other sensitive information unless support explicitly asks for a redacted example.

Useful Notes

• GarageKeeper stores garage data locally by default.
• AI-assisted manual extraction is optional and uses your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key.
• Imported or AI-assisted maintenance suggestions require review before they become tasks.
• GarageKeeper does not currently include iCloud sync, dealer/CARFAX import, or bundled factory maintenance schedules.
